Data Entry | Data Scraping from website to Excel

I am looking for someone to go through a MS Excel spread sheet with about 1450 entries and run a script to fill in the rest of the information from the county websites. The attached PDF highlights what the website looks like and what information is required. The attached spreadsheet has one sample row showing where the highlighted fields on the PDF go in the spreadsheet. Below are the steps required to manually get to the webpage that the PDF is from.
